My favorite holiday tradition is actually at my inlaws house, we do Christmas Eve with them. They have always done their Christmas then. It totally frees us up to see my family on Christmas day with no rushing.

Awesome giveaway! My favorite tradition is that my husband and I each buy ornaments for eachother and kids each year. The ornaments have to mean something specific to each person, then we take pictures and I am working on a scrapbook so my kids know when they inherent all these ornaments what they mean!!

Our favorite family Holiday Tradition is heading to downtown Philadelphia on the train to see the Macy's Light Show, Walk through Dickens Village, see Santa, Have lunch, See the train display outside of Reading Terminal Market, stop fot Hot Chocolate at Dunkin Donuts and Enjoy the sounds of the season and the hustle and bustle of the city as it fills the streets during this crisp, jolly time of year. Every Christmas Eve, my family and I go to Mass in the evening then everyone heads to my Grandma's house where we order our Christmas dinner froma local sub shop called Starvin Marvins. We eat cookies and watch Christmas movies until the kids are ready for bed. We write a letter to santa and leave cookies and milk for him. Once we know the kids are asleep, we put the presents out and go to bed. The following morning is followed by opening presents and a huge breakfast complete with cinnamon buns.

Our favorite holiday tradition is the note, cookies and diet coke for santa.
Kids (now grandkids) write a letter to Santa and lay a plate of cookies under the tree. We place Diet Coke under the tree. With cats in the house a glass of milk wasn't safe for even 5 minutes!!! Then they wear their new Christmas jammies and go to bed. It usually takes about 30 minutes to get everyone settled down.

Our favorite holiday tradition is we always open presents Christmas eve then Christmas morning Santa comes and leaves the stocking and a few presents outside the stocking.

Our favorite tradition is that my husband's family we wait up until 12 am. Kind of like New Years but we are all together on Christmas Eve then basically Christmas!

I'm a follower and Christmas Eve is always with my family ... there are 43 of us and rarely does anyone miss. Christmas Day is for in-laws :o)
